This is an opportunity for member gymnasts to work on their gymnastics skills or play on the equipment at the Gym Bin. Non-members under the age of 12 may attend also. No instruction is given, but a staff person is on site. All families must sign a waiver before their children play. Parents must stay and are responsible for their children. We have an air track, a trampoline, a foam pit and other equipment to play on. The foam blocks must stay in the pit and mats must be put away before you leave.

A TASTE OF GYMNASTICS
If you’ve never tried gymnastics, this activity is a wonderful way to see what it’s like or to try it out. Or, perhaps you don’t have time for classes this summer and just want to be on the equipment again. Come spend the morning at the Gym Bin for a taste of gymnastics. This mini-camp will give you the opportunity to try out the bars, beam, vault, floor, and trampoline. It’s a fantastic opportunity for 6 -12 year olds, beginner gymnasts or experienced gymnasts to spend a brief, concentrated time on the sport of gymnastics.
June 26th: 9:00AM – 12:00 PM · $30.00
Offered for both beginners and intermediates, Gymnasts 6 and older will spend the time working on the most important tumbling skills: round-offs, walkovers and especially handsprings. There will be a variety of drills for gymnasts just beginning to work on these skills and other drills for those who almost have the skills or just need to improve them. The floor, the wedge, the air trac and the trampoline will all be available to use. It’s a wonderful opportunity to get the basic needed skills learned well so that progression to more advanced skills will be easier.
BEGINNER CLASS: July 10TH 10:00 AM -12:00 PM
