A Great Opportunity to Explore Gymnastics!
A TASTE OF GYMNASTICS for Ages 6-12
If you’ve never tried gymnastics, this activity is a wonderful way to see what it’s like or to try it out. Or, perhaps you don’t have time for classes this summer and just want to be on the equipment again. Come spend the morning at the Gym Bin for a taste of gymnastics. This mini-camp will give you the opportunity to try out the bars, beam, vault, floor, and trampoline. It’s a fantastic opportunity for 6 -12 year olds, beginner gymnasts or experienced gymnasts to spend a brief, concentrated time on the sport of gymnastics.

Sunday, June 3, 2018, Gymnasts, coaches, and their families gathered at Lake Bemidji State Park to honor a season well done!
The Gym Bin is the home of 2 USAG programs: the Xcel and the Junior Olympic Program. Their hard work and success is celebrated each year at the Annual Banquet. Check out the awards they were given and when you see them, tell them congratulations on a job well done!
The end of the awards banquet means the beginning of a brand new season! We can’t wait the growth which will come in the 2018-2019 season!

HIGH SCHOOL OFF-SEASON (not for USAG gymnasts)
The Gym Bin provides off-season training for those gymnasts who were part of a High School Gymnastics team.
Don’t lose skills over the summer! Continue to improve your skills to help your high school team be the best it can be!

RECREATIONAL XCEL
Gymnasts who have completed Gym Midjies II and want to continue learning gymnastics, but don’t want to compete, may continue in 90 minute structured classes where advanced skills in the 4 events are taught. The Gym Bin also has a competitive USAG Xcel program.
